Virtual Town Hall will present new insights on Build America, Buy America with commentary from a member of the FHWA Construction Team.

In September 2023, ATSSA’s Government Relations team hosted a virtual Town Hall on the recently released Build America, Buy America (BABA) guidelines. On Wednesday, Feb. 21, at 2 p.m. ET, the Government Relations team will be joined by a member of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to discuss pertinent updates and insights on the BABA provision.

Registration for this free event is now open and available for ATSSA members.

Moderated by ATSSA’s Director of Federal Government Relations Cameron Greene, this Town Hall will discuss the status on BABA implementation and address viewer-submitted questions on the guidelines and how they affect industry participants and ATSSA members.

Members are encouraged to submit questions and participate in the discussion. Please email your questions to Cameron.greene@atssa.com.

This virtual Town Hall will include comments from Federal Highway Administration Construction Team Lead Brian Hogge. Brian has extensive experience in the transportation and infrastructure industry and will provide valuable insight on the program.

For more analysis on the final Buy America guidance in August 2023, review ATSSA’s summary of the crucial sections of the 162-page document.

Registration is now open for the Town Hall. Reach out to Cameron.greene@atssa.com with any questions.
