Companies/organizations may request permission from ATSSA to reproduce and/or reprint ATSSA trademarked and/or copyright material(s). Upon ATSSA's written approval, the requester will ensure that the appropriate credit is given to ATSSA as the original source of the requested material(s). The credit citation will include the following statement on the reproduced materials: "Materials reproduced (and/or reprinted) with the permission of the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA).”
Conditions for Reprinting ATSSA materials
Permission to use or reprint ATSSA materials is granted on a one-time use basis, and only for the purposes listed in the statement of intended use.
Permission does not include the right to syndicate, rent or loan. Likewise, it is prohibited to monetize reprints, use them for commercial or marketing purposes, remove ATSSA’s logo/copyright information or add additional company logos.
