Transfers & Cancellations

• All refunds and transfers must be completed within the same calendar year of purchase.
  • All Online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Virtual and classroom course registrations can be transferred to other eligible students up to the date of the course at no charge.
• There is an $80 fee for all virtual and classroom course-to-course transfers occurring within one week (7 days) of the original course start date.
• There is an $80 fee for all virtual and classroom course registration cancellations.
• There are no refunds or transfer options for no-shows or online course or exam purchases.
• Online courses are valid for 90 days from date of purchase.
• Recertification exams are valid for 90 days from date of purchase.
• Grant course registrations are non-refundable.
• All credit card refunds processed 120 days after the original payment date will be paid by check.
