Provides an overview of high friction surface treatment (HFST), with an emphasis on inspection of installations. Key considerations and general best practices for installation are discussed along with key items for inspection. Inspection-related modules include materials, installation methods and equipment, surface preparation, installation practices, post-installation procedures and performance monitoring.
