This revision took effect for daily operations after Aug. 31, 2019 and for projects advertised after Jan. 1, 2020.
ATSSA’s National “Quality Guidelines for Temporary Traffic Control Devices and Features” is a 3.75 x 8.5″ pocket-size handbook that helps contractors and agency personnel determine when a traffic control device has outlived its usefulness.
