ATSSA published a special report with a raw materials update and urged members to share the information with the departments of transportation (DOTs). ATSSA’s President & CEO Stacy Tetschner sent a letter with the report asking the DOTs to provide flexibility on liquidated damages provisions within contracts for roadway safety products.
