This “Safe and Effective Work Zone Inspections” booklet is 8.5 x 11″ and examines program elements, operational improvements and the value of documentation behind the development of a comprehensive work one traffic control inspection program. It may be used as a gauge of completeness for agencies with programs in place or as a roadmap for establishing a program if one does not already exist.

This product was developed under the Work Zone Safety Grant, awarded to ATSSA by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
