Participants and winners for the 2023 NPRO

The 2023 New Products Rollout (NPRO) featured 18 innovative products from companies across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. The event was held at ATSSA’s 53rd Annual Convention & Traffic Expo, Feb. 17–21, 2023, at the Phoenix Convention Center. Judges from departments of transportation evaluated entries based on lifesaving potential, innovation, design, and alignment with the Highway Safety Improvement Program. Winner – 2023 Innovation Award

Blue Vigil, Sterling, Virginia
Product: ALED Portable Light – A high-intensity LED array mounted on a tethered UAV, providing over 8,000 square feet of glare-free lighting coverage. Designed for rugged field use, it offers a safer and more efficient alternative to traditional light towers.
