In this webinar, held Nov. 16, 2021, three states discussed various approaches to identifying locations that can benefit from HFST. Moderated by Dave Merritt of The Transtec Group, leaders from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Caltrans talked about how their HFST programs and site selection methods have evolved over time, current best practices in HFST site selection and future program goals.
