Buy America Implementation

Review ATSSA’s position on the Build America, Buy America (BAB) implementation in the Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (IIJA). As of ATSSA’s Legislative Briefing & Fly-In held in April 2024, ATSSA continued to express concerns with the way implementation of the BABA requirements have been approached. A leave behind document was created for members to use when speaking to members of Congress and their staff in Washington, D.C.
