Build America, Buy America, an FHWA Update

ATSSA’s Government Relations team held a virtual Town Hall discussion with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) on Feb. 21, 2024, related to the updated Build America, Buy America (BABA) provision. During this town hall webinar, you will hear from an FHWA official on the current status of BABA implementation. Members were provided the opportunity to submit questions to be answered during the session.
