Online registration through eShow is closed, but you may still access your registration information. Midyear is a member-only event. Registration is complimentary for ATSSA committee and council members.
Housing Information
Hotel rooms were available at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center, 509 W Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee, WI, where all committee and council meetings were held. The discounted room block closed July 28.
Public Agency Scholarships
Public agency and department of transportation (DOT) employees not on a committee/council were offered comped registration to attend. Committee and council members already receive complimentary registration.
Scholarships to offset travel and hotel costs for public agency officials were limited to 20 for the 2025 event. The application period closed May 2 and applicants were notified by May 16. Scholarship questions should be directed to memberservices@atssa.com.

ATSS Foundation Fundraiser
Network, dine and enjoy an evening at the Harley-Davidson Museum
During ATSSA’s Midyear Meeting, the ATSS Foundation fundraiser, with host Wisconsin ATSSA Chapter and title sponsor Arizona ATSSA Chapter, was held Wednesday, Aug. 20, 6-10 p.m. at the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee. Attendees experienced an exhilarating museum tour, enjoyed dinner and drinks, listened to a band and participated in activities like Motorcycle Jump Start experience, Poker Walk, silent auction, yard games and more!
