Registration for 2025 Convention & Traffic Expo is open. Attendees, exhibitors and public officials not applying for a scholarship should book hotel rooms in ATSSA’s official room block first, by Jan. 28, to receive discounted registration rates.
Housing Information
Housing for the 2025 Convention & Traffic Expo closes Jan. 28. ATSSA, with our official housing provider JEMS Hospitality Group, works with a selection of hotels in Orlando to provide discounted rates to attendees. Reserve your housing before registering to access discount registration codes.
Public Agency Scholarships
Public Agency and Marty Weed Engineering Scholarships
Public agency officials, department of transportation (DOT) employees or new engineers could apply for a scholarship to attend Convention & Traffic Expo in Orlando, Fla. Scholarships are for having conference registration fee covered and travel expenses reimbursed (4 nights hotel accommodation in the ATSSA hotel room block and up to $900 in travel expenses). Applications closed Aug. 30. Recipients will be notified starting Sept. 18, then will have until Nov. 1 to register and submit their housing information.
