Public Agency Scholarships

Public Agency and Marty Weed Engineering Scholarships available

Public agency officials, department of transportation (DOT) employees or new engineers can now apply for a scholarship to attend Convention & Traffic Expo in Orlando, Fla.! Apply online to have your conference registration fee covered and travel expenses reimbursed (up to 4 nights hotel accommodation at a designated ATSSA hotel and up to $900 in travel expenses). Applications close Aug. 30 and recipients will be notified starting Sept. 18. Recipients will have until Nov. 1 to register and submit their housing information.

Call for Proposals now closed

Thank you to those who shared your expertise by submitting a proposal to lead an education in Orlando, Fla. New for 2025, Sunday, March 2, will be a day full of education from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Micro Session education will still be held Monday and Tuesday on the show floor. Proposals were only accepted through the online portal until June 14 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Selected speakers receive complimentary registration to the Convention.
