2026 Conference, March 16-18 – Register Now!

The 2026 Northland “How To” Conference will be held March 16-18, in Fargo, N.D. The conference is anticipated to be the highly attended Midwest-based event for approximately 400-500 roadway safety infrastructure industry professionals involved in the selection, inspection or maintenance of all types of pavement markings, traffic signs and temporary (work zone) traffic control.

 

What to expect

Participate in more than 20 education and training workshops and general sessions that focus on real-world roadway safety issues for attendees at the 2026 “How To” Conference. Additionally, the Northland ATSSA Chapter typically offers a pre-conference workshop at no additional cost to registrants.

Registration is now open at $260 per attendee.

What’s included? Entrance into the exhibit hall featuring historically more than 40 booths displaying the latest in roadway safety products and services, workshops by industry professionals, and meals along with an evening reception.

Housing Information

The conference will be held at Delta Hotels by Marriott, 1635 42nd Street South, Fargo, ND 58103. ATSSA’s group rate block starts at $169 (+tax) per night for rooms available March 14-19. Guests may also call the front desk at 701-277-9000 Ext. 4 to book under the “ATSSA Room Block.” These rates will be available until Feb. 16, 2026.

Exhibits and Sponsorships

Exhibit spaces and vendor reception sponsorship public sales opened Nov. 3. Each booth space is $1,195 for ATSSA members and $1,795 for non-members. Space rentals include two free registrations per 10×10’ booth and ATSSA members receive a discount. Exhibit hall is open March 17-18.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:

  • All exhibit booth cancellations must be submitted in writing. 
    • 46+ days before the event: The exhibitor will be eligible to receive a refund less 20% of the booth fee.
    • 0-45 day before the event: No refunds will be issued. The exhibitor is responsible for the full booth fee.
  • No-shows: Any exhibitor who fails to occupy their booth space by 7 a.m. CT on March 17, 2026, will be considered a “no-show” and their booth and all fees will be forfeited.
Other Announcements

Registration Cancellation Policy:

  • Registration for admission is required to attend all conference activities beginning at Noon on March 16, 2026.
  • Every registrant will receive an official show badge, and it must be worn to gain access to all sessions.
  • All conference registrations are non-refundable.
  • Name substitutions are allowed at no additional cost.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
