- 5:00-7:00 p.m. Informal Dinner and Networking
Wednesday, April 22
- 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Meet with Legislators
- 12:00-12:30 p.m. Travel to Cafeteria 15L (attendee responsible for transport, venue is within a walking distance)
- 12:00-1:00 p.m. Check In, Lunch, and Networking
- 1:00 p.m. Chapter Meeting Starts
- 3:00 p.m. Chapter Meeting Adjourns
A Note on Our Alignment With the Caltrans Workers’ Memorial Events
These CAL‑ATSSA April events are planned in coordination with the 2026 Caltrans Statewide and District Workers’ Memorial Ceremonies, including the Statewide Workers’ Memorial on April 23 (the day after the CAL-ATSSA Chapter meeting). As additional details about these observances become available, we will update the event website and notify registered attendees.
