Traffic Sign Retroreflectivity Fundamentals for Inspectors (S101)

This module of the Retroreflectivity for Sign Inspectors Course explains the importance of sign visibility at night, teaches the key points of the MUTCD standards for sign retroreflectivity, describes how retroreflectivity makes signs visible at night, and shows how to use MUTCD Table 2A-3 to determine the minimum retroreflectivity value of any sign based on the color and sign sheeting. R101 is a prerequisite to this module, and this is a prerequisite to modules S102 through S105.
