Former Vice President Joe Biden, Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar, former South Bend, Ind. Mayor Pete Buttigieg and businessman Tom Steyer, all candidates for the Democrat ticket, took part in the event, moderated by The Wall Street Journal and held on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. United for Infrastructure organized the program with groups that build, maintain, operate, and administer America’s infrastructure systems hosting it. The forum was live streamed on CSpan.org. Candidates have been in Nevada ahead of the Democrats’ caucus, which takes place on Saturday, Feb 22.
