Cancellation/Refund Policy: 

- All cancellations must be in writing

- Full registration fee, minus a $50.00 administrative fee, will be refunded if cancellation is postmarked prior to January 11, 2008.

- Credit card refunds will be processed within 10 days after receipt of request. All other refunds will be issued after Traffic Expo 2008.

- Cancellations received after January 11, 2008 are not refundable.

- Exhibit Only Passes are non-refundable under any circumstances
