The 2007 ATSSA Midyear Meeting will be held at:

Room Rate:            $143 Single/Double/$153 Triple 
                                 This rate is in effect three days prior and three days after the Midyear Meeting.

Check In Time:      4:00 pm
Check Out Time:  12:00 noon

Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to arrival. After that date, one night room and tax will be charged by the hotel.

For reservations, please call the hotel at 503-226-1611 or 1-800-HILTONS (445-8667) and mention that you are with American Traffic Safety to receive our special group rate. The cut-off date for our group rate is Sunday July 22, 2007.

Dress:                  Business Casual for ATSSA meetings.

About the Hotel:

• The Hilton is nine miles from Portland International Airport. Ground transportation options include:

o MAX Light Rail. Take the Portland Red Line. Approximately 38 minute ride. Drops off two blocks from the hotel (about 1-1/2 minute walk). Cost is $2.00.

o Blue Star Airport Shuttle – Go to Area 2 of ground transportation at the airport. The shuttle stops at four hotels; Hilton is stop #3. Cost is $14.00.

o Taxi: $32-$37

o Town Car: $35-$45
