This 4-hour refresher course will review the basics (and recent changes) of:
- Temporary traffic control in work zones
- Florida's Design Standards
- Index 600
- Applicable sections of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD)

Upon completion and passing of the examination, students will be re-certified for another 4 years at the Florida DOT Intermediate level and flagging operations will be covered in enough detail so that a person who successfully completes this cource will be capable of providing basic flagging training in the State of Florida.
