ATSSA is pleased to announce that our members have been granted an U.S.-DOT exemption from regulation 49 CFR § 173.242(b), for the use of non-DOT specification cargo tanks in pavement marking equipment.
To safeguard your company's exposure to this regulation, a copy of the exemption letter (PM Exemption 2009) must be on file in the office and the transport vehicle.
